Biography: Cover Artist

Klara Chavarria uses rich colors, layers and textures, natural shapes and strong gestures to explore themes of nature, emotions, the spirit and the universal. Her work is highly self-expressive and full of vibrant energy and motion. Klara was born into a family of artists in Guatemala and began the study of her 'magical passion' at age eight.

'Five Golden Rings 3' is one of a set of three paintings created in 2005, mixed media on canvas, 12" x 12" (see image below).
